Based on the PC release of Biohzard 3, the Dreamcast edition sports a number of upgrades from the base Playstation version with its higher quality models and backgrounds, and less compressed FMV cutscenes. It also had online connectivity using NETFRONT JV-Lite which allowed people to access the homepage of the game via Capcom's portal.

Despite lacking the control customisation that Biohazard 2 Value Plus brought to the table, the DC Biohazard 3 port is a really solid version of the game. All extra costumes are available from the start—inclduing a Dreamcast exclusive one, and Mercenaries mode is also accessible without needing to complete the base-game to unlock it. It also contains an arrange mode, which allowed JP players to access the game difficulties of the western release. Additional Photos:
