Information:
The second figure released for the Biohazard Lottery that was run in 2014 -- this enamel white edition of the Jill figure was listed as the 'Survivor Prize', or what is usually called the 'Last One Prize' in most Ichiban Kuji releases, meaning you had to draw the very last prize of the lotto to get a chance at the figure. It has the same mould and size as the A Prize Jill at 20cm, just in a pearly white enamel. Kind of a shame they didn't go for a lamé or kirakira finish, but it still is pretty amazing and stands out starkly amongst others.

Also: that name is a mouthful even in Japanese.
