Unsurprisingly: Japan likes making Biohazard clothes. Between geeky shirts with genuinely hilarious English in an attempt to be cool, to general logo emblazened shirts, to full on replica gear such as Leon's jacket or Steve's prison shirt, they have a lot out on the market for goods. Capcom have had a long partnership with watchmakers GSX to produce watches for the series as early as 1998, and they've also done some very specialist clothes for anniversaries with companies like Tokyo Phantom, but they didn't really start to shine until around the time of Biohazard rebirth on the GameCube and the series renaissance. I love shirts, so I'm giddy at all the ones they've added to the roster with the 15th anniversary onwards, but there are also a load of replica items which are equally as stunning such as the Agent Collection line.

As part of the 5th Anniversary, Capcom partnered with military replica clothing brand Tokyo Phantom to produce two different style releases of some hawaiian-style shirts. There was the Hero release, which is this one, featuring nearly all major main characters at the time in some way and a special variation of the Made In Heaven nose-art-esque angel that has a hula kahiko on holding a pineapple instead of a bomb — that said, it's tongue-in-cheek given grenades colloquially are known as pineapples. The official product description notes that the buttons are actually made from buffalo horn!
The second range of shirts in this series were called Capsule, coming in either brown or black, and featuring a design of virus capsules overlaid with the universal symbol for biohazardous material. The Capsule range isn't as popular in collector circles as the Hero shirts from observing the market over the years, but it does however mean when the odd Capsule shirt appears on the market they're quite pricey simply due to them being more scarce in comparison.
This was available in both Red and Blue. For collection purposes where the design is the key thing for me, I've only bought one colour variant.

In 2009, Uniqlo launched a Video Game shirt range, with shirts from Mega Man, Xevious, and many other franchises. Luckily, Biohazard got to join the crew of this. Released in collectible tubs, the shirts released for Biohazard simply feature a list of monsters seen in the first game + bonus Nemesis mention (with a nice chant of Zombie, Zombie, Zombie, Zombie on the bottom). Snagged this for a nice price before I travelled in 2011, which was awesome because I'd been hunting for one of these for a while.
This was available in both White and Neon Yellow. For collection purposes where the design is the key thing for me, I've only bought one colour variant.

Released for the 15th anniversary, this simple but nice shirt sports a clean white version of the S.T.A.R.S. logo above the left breast, while the back sports a big print saying R.P.D. Special Tactics and Rescue Squad. There have been a number of articles done like this by bootleggers, so it's nice to see an actual official version.

For a start, we've got a large logo on the back of the shirt with a glowing universal biohazard logo and the engrish "NOT EXISTING AN EFFECTIVE CURE". The front of the shirt takes the cake. On the left breast, the Umbrella logo is featured and a estrangely kerned wall of text with such great things as "promisecomfortable heal thylife". This was a special promotional item made exclusively for CLUB96 members. From what I've been able to learn from the prior owner and scouring the web it was a lottery prize which went out to only 3 winners for the club if they were drawn from the ballot. It's not known if there were only 3 made altogether, but they are incredibly limited nonetheless. I'm eccstatic I managed to get this when I saw it, as many clothing items are hotly contested in the Biohazard scene in Japan. Revelations 2 is a pretty important game in the series for me, up there with CODE: Veronica, so its pretty amazing to have this.
The design features a very high-res graphic based on the coin medals in Revelations 2, which all use Natalia's portrait.

Officially licensed by Capcom, Fangamer got to do a run of Village-specific merch in the summer of 2021, which included this fantastic Lady Dimitrescu shirt in a bold tri-tone style. It's a super-soft shirt, I actually got a second one just to wear admittedly...
This shirt was designed by Nina Matsumoto, and features a limited sticker of Lady Dimitrescu as well.
