Chicken Knife is a series total book, spanning Biohazard 1 through Biohazard CV, and is full of the usual B-Sting charm from fantastic gags, to stunning art. Some favourites in here include:
- Scientists taking bets for having to dress a T-103
- Sherry worrying over what Claire might be going through in her hunt for Chris, and ends up terrified of the vision she gets on hugging Claire's jacket of her taking on all of Umbrella Paris
- A heap of people changing the decor of the RPD after Jill leaves it in Biohazard 3 to get it ready for Leon and Claire to go through it the next day
- And Chris forgetting the extinguisher once he's in Antartica... so he takes the entire refill chamber down to the fire instead and bursts it open with his strength

The zombies lose their amazement at it when Chris murders them to grab his new shiny weapon.
