In 1999 Sega partnered with American fast food chain Jack in the Box to promote their Sega PC range. The kids meals allowed you to purchase a whole game for $1.99 (or $5.99 without the meal) along with a toy of Sonic, Knuckles, Bug, or Ecco, and were packed in this themed bag with activities on it.
It's an interesting piece of history for both Ecco and Sega as a whole, and I'm honestly really surprised I managed to find one of these in as good a condition as I did over 25 years after the promotion had ended.
