I think that the TCG is what most people think of either firstly or secondarily to the game series when it comes to Pokémon now. Having spaned over 20 years there is a rich history within it that I used to very heavily document back in the days of Collectorviper, but it became a behemoth to collect in full. Relugating myself to just collecting for Toucannon and it's evolutions means I can also try do something I've never successfully pulled off back in my heydays of TCG collecting: getting a card in every legally printed langauge at the time of realease for that Pokémon. That said, this section isn't solely limited to just the offical TCG, as there were also decks of playing cards released, UNO games with Pokémon on them, and even karuta cards which feature some of this line on them—all will be collated here.

Released by Nintendo, whose specialty before video games was playing cards, was this set of Sun and Moon playing cards—known as trump cards in Japan. This Pikipek is specifically from the Moon deck given the card backing, as both decks had different backs to denote which ones they were along with unique Pokémon for some cards in the suits.
