As part of a Valentine's Day promotion with Sogo & Seibu, Pokémon teamed up to have special tins made for candies and chocolates that you could give to your crush. This tin came with star-shaped chocolates that had puffed rice pieces in them, and features Toucannon proudly as part of the flying type crew. Tins ordered individually were randomised—I bought a whoe set of 4 to guarantee getting the Toucannon tin.
